STANDARD CLUTCH

The standard attachments for a pin are either a butterfly clutch, also known as a military style clutch, or a black rubber clutch.  See below.  Both clutches hold equally well.  Either one is included in the price of the pin - your choice.

DELUXE CLUTCH

Sometimes your project requires a much stronger clutch.  These would be known as a deluxe clutch.  Deluxe clutches have a locking mechanism, spring and a groove on the nail that allow them to lock in place and hold extremely well.  See below.  This type of clutch typically adds $0.35 cents per pin.
