We are the world's best custom embroidery manufacturer. Our plant has over 1,000 embroidery heads in a state-of-the-art 200,000 square-foot building with robotics and automated conveyor systems. Every detail in the manufacturing process is software controlled for efficiency and the highest quality.
We use only the finest materials in our products. Custom patches must be durable. Our custom patches allow washing, are fade resistant, and have a beautiful look.
We can take your art, regardless of its form, and transform it into a beautiful digital art sample. Our art staff is here to assist you - for free! Just Contact Us with your ideas and/or sketches. If you have a logo, great. If not, we'll create one. Once you approve the art, we go into production.
Some embroidery companies allow only five, six or seven colors on their patches before an extra charge kicks-in. We allow nine colors on our standard prices below.
Contact Us Here.To determine the cost of your patch, we'll need to know three things: quantity, size, and number of threads. You can give us the quantity and size. We'll tell you the number of threads needed based on your art. Or, you can use the chart at the bottom of this page as a guide to determining threads.
The size is measured by adding the length and the width and dividing by two. For example a 3" x 4" patch would be 3.5" (3 + 4 = 7/2 = 3.5).
In examining our prices below, remember these prices include not only free art, but free setups, free mold, and free UPS ground shipping.
